Restaurant Outdoor Area

The outdoor area of a hotel restaurant solves a different problem from the indoor room: shading, wind protection, evening lighting and weather-resistant flooring decide the hours of the day during which the space is usable at all. I describe how those decisions relate to brand standards on chain hotel projects on the hotel design page.
