SECTION 02 / 04
NB1091 Hinnøy Interior Visualization Project
In 2022, while serving as Head of Design at Cita Design Studio, I produced the 3D modeling and photorealistic visualization work for the passenger lounge and kiosk areas of Hinnøy, Cemre Shipyard's NB1091 battery-electric car and passenger ferry. Created with 3ds Max and Corona Renderer, the renders bring together circulation for high passenger volumes, varied seating types, accessible areas, service points, material transitions, and a layered lighting scheme.
The passenger lounge was modeled around clear sightlines and intuitive wayfinding, with seating, tables, and social zones responding to different journey needs within one consistent interior language. The kiosk and café visualizations focused on an efficient service flow, product display, and convenient passenger access.

SECTION 03 / 04
Norway's Largest Zero-Emission Ferry in Service
Designed by The Norwegian Ship Design Company and built by Cemre Shipyard for Torghatten Nord AS, MF Hinnøy departed for Norway in April 2025 and entered regular service on the Bognes–Lødingen route on 6 June 2025. Introduced as Norway's largest zero-emission ferry, the vessel completes the exposed, one-hour crossing at 13–14 knots.
Its double-ended configuration supports efficient operation in both directions. Hinnøy normally runs on battery-electric propulsion supplied by high-capacity automated shore charging, with biodiesel generators providing backup power when shore electricity is unavailable. Two fully independent power and propulsion systems support continued operation after a single fault.
