First meeting
We listen to your project and agree scope and budget range. It is free, at the office, on site or online.

Survey
We visit the space, take measurements and photos, and identify the constraints of the existing building.

Proposal
Once the scope is clear you receive a fixed-fee proposal and schedule, and concept design begins.

Yes. We review the space on site or from drawings and agree the brief and budget range together.
Can I visit the office without an appointment?

Do you take projects outside Kocaeli and Istanbul?
Yes. Hotel and marine projects run across Türkiye and abroad, coordinated online with site visits at critical stages.
How is the proposal prepared?
Once the scope (concept only, or full construction package with site supervision), floor area and share of bespoke joinery are clear, a fixed-fee proposal follows.
