Here I took on the interior and facade design and the landscape scheme for the Oksijen Konutları development, and designed the facade, interior and grounds of a private villa on the Seymen–Ilıca side. On hillside plots of this kind the critical design decision is almost always the same: how you use level change and view. Treating the sloped site as buried service volumes below and a living floor that opens to the view yields a far better home from the same buildable area. The prevailing language in the district is "quiet luxury" — matte natural stone, brushed brass and textured wall finishes displacing ornate classical styling.
